I agree with you about Kyoto and I know I mentioned that to you in the planning stages. I'm glad you planned some more time there and I hope you got to see the Geisha's (actually Meiko's) going to their appt's in full dress at about 7:00PM.

When wandering the narrow streets, did you pass the shops where they make the bean paste pastry and get any while they were still hot? That's my favorite treat in Japan.

Perhaps I missed one of your blogs.....but did you get to Nara Park? See the huge Buddah there? Feed the deer?
