Does living in the Southern Hemisphere but heading to the Northern Hemisphere count as summer plans, or are they winter? Doesn't matter, plans are plans and I'm excited to say we're heading to the UK for 7 weeks, leaving mid July. We spend a week in London, then head to Ireland for 9 days, then back to London and touring the mainland for the rest of the time. At this stage we're particularly looking forward to the Highlands of Scotland and a day trip to the Orkney Islands, walking in Wales (we have Mt Snowdon in our sights), and just experiencing whatever comes our way. We love museums, beautiful scenery, old ruins, food and walking, so we're going to be spoilt for choice!! Roll on July ....
