I'll be there next Saturday for a two weeks stay! I visited the Marche area several times in the early 1980ies to see friends in Fano. I remember that we had some of the best meals of my life together. And people were so friendly, so kind and warm that I really felt ashamed.

Now I am off for packing our suitcases (leaving on Thursday morning). Won't forget to write a short report to the group. This time I'll try to find out as much as possible about local cuisine and take note of a few nice local recipes...
