One restaurant we would recommend is Brasserie 8 1/2, in
Midtown west. Candice suggested it as an option for
Christmas lunch and we pre-booked before leaving Australia.
The food was wonderful (zucchini flowers / rare roast beef / beautifully decorative desserts) with service and presentation excellent. Could not fault it, and it topped off our week in New York since we dined there on our last evening, before flying out to Europe.
