In 3 weeks I head to Rouen, Normandy, France then to Brockenhurst, in New Forest, Great Britain. Rouen has nice website, Monet connections, and is on Seine River about hour NW of Paris. Have a timeshare for 1 week in each spot, but I use those for exploring outward & will have car in both areas. Any info on surroundings & restaurants would be welcome - and on Loire Valley vineyards that might have a night's accommodation. We will be 2 females using EuroStar Chunnel - any warnings/advice other than security of bags & belongings & self?
