Thanks so much for your story. The French have gotten a lot of bad press in the States, and so it's great that Ziners at least know how kind, courteous and generous the French can be.

Of course having lived in Paris the past four years, I know that not every Frenchman is as helpful as you've described, but you will find great people in France -- and everywhere else.
