You have an ambitious agenda for your trip. To drive from
Ballygally to Dublin, for example, will take a full day.
You can't drive through the Mourne Mountains. You will
have to park your car at the base and walk them. Otherwise
you'll simply see them from the road.
If you decide to stop at Newgrange that will take a few hours of your time. I can't repeat often enough - it takes time to drive the roads in Ireland if you want to see anything. It's like driving through Cornwall - 1/2 hour and you've gone 10 miles. Really. Lucy, Toronto |
