Beverly and Susie, Mea culpo - I forgot about the possibility of flying from BA to El Calafate (Aerolineas Argentinas) and bus from there to Torres del Paine, although personally if you've got time I think Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales are well worth a visit.

Senora Rosa Flores the manager is very helpful and speaks good English - she also runs a small travel agency and like Casa Cecilia in Puerto Natales will book seats on buses etc.
