Hi Beverly,
A great casual restaurant in Santa Fe is Pasquals right on the Plaza. It's a fairly small, fun place - usually a line to get in at lunch - serving excellent new mexican dishes. Rather than sit at a table for two, opt for the 'community table' in the center of the restaurant. It's a large round table seating about 12 where you will meet wonderful folks for all over! Another very casual lunch or dinner place is the Cowgirl (or cowgirls, I think) - I believe it is off Guadalupe Street. Also serving new mexican and american fare, they have great margaritas and such. Have a great trip in the land of enchantment - it is so true! Best, Vanessa hot and humid in Cutchogue NY |
