I am guessing it was nothing but wishful thinking from my part.I do not have much expectations for eating decently in O'Hare-Chicago. :-(

In response to your question, unfortunately I do not have any good recollection from any airport regarding food.

The best I can tell of Miami International is that now there is a stand from Versailles Restaurant offering good "cafecito cubano".
