Subject: Airport Food
Dear Ziners:

All I would like to add is my experience when we flew, at the end of a two week trip, from the then Soviet Union to Helsinki Airport. When I arrived and tasted the meat and dairy dishes available there, it felt (forgive the exaggeration) a bit as if one had died and gone to heaven. It is too long ago to accurately predict how the food outlets would be now, and I suppose even at the time it would not have been a fair evaluation, as even a relatively indifferent food outlet would have seemed like a first-class restaurant.
