Subject: Re: Traveling with Elderly parents
Hello Ziners,

It is a tough situation Mary with limitations. I am nearly 76 and love to walk, but here in Pennsylvania the weather has been unbelievably hot and humid. When I get tired, for example when my son takes me to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, they have a collapsible electric scooter, and I enjoy seeing nature without concern for where I am going. My son finds it helps his fast pace of walking.

My suggestion is if he has medicare, you can get a collapsible scooter which is easy to transport wherever you go. It is easy to work. I wish you luck with this situation, as I am well aware it is difficult. Perhaps this is the answer you are looking for. It will allow you to travel wherever you want. I hope so.
