I called Greyhound in Niagara Falls with your question and this is what I was told. You can take the Greyhound Bus from Niagara Falls at Noon that gets into Stratford at 6:45. http://www.greyhound.ca/en/contact.shtml http://www.greyhound.com/contact.shtml

To get to Niagara Falls he said you would take the "5-0 Bus" http://www.5-0taxi.com/buses.htm that leaves at 11:00 am from Niagara-On-The-Lake (terribly long drawn-out affair!).
