Can anyone please help me with good suggestions for a rental car for a week in Maui? We thought Hawaii rental cars were inexpensive, but using Hotwire, Travelocity and Priceline.com isn't turning up any deals.

Can anyone suggest another option? This is for my daughter's honeymoon in October.
