a bit late, because they have already begun, but for those horse lovers out there there is an interesting tradition in Sanlucar de Barrameda, near Doñana.

Every summer, for 160 years, they have been held in the beach when the sun sets, depending on the tide. They have evolved from something popular to real races with magnificent horses.

And something different, the kids of Sanlucar are the bookies, and if you want to spend a lot of money, bet up to 1 Euro (that´s a lot of money ...).
