Diana's WOW story about London reminded me of the time I went to Windsor Castle for the first time and did not know it also included the town itself. My son and I got lost trying to get back to our tour bus, so we walked into a small department store, and told the manager we were lost and could he give us directions back to our bus. He was most gracious and insisted upon leaving the store and walking us back to our destination. We were so grateful, and it gave us fond memories of how grand the English people can be.
