|Subject: Baggage bandits|
I'd like to join Lucy in denouncing those selfish passengers who carry on more and bigger bags than they are allowed. I don't understand why the airlines don't always enforce the rules and restrict them to one bag that fits into those little cages they have by the check-in desks.
The baggage bandits don't just take up too much overhead shelf and under-seat space, they also spend ages fussing in the aisles trying to stow or find their bags when others are trying to reach or leave their seats when boarding or leaving. I have developed a profile of these people but won't publish it here, save to say that large empty vessels make most noise.
