Phoenix is great in February. There is a lot to do and a lot to see, and though I live in Palm Desert, California, our weather is quite similar. We travel to Phoenix quite a bit as we have two sons living there and, as a matter of fact, we leave this Thursday for a week. If you like shopping, you'll love Scottsdale and make it a point to see 'The Boulders'. It's magnificent.
