Subject: Re: Rental Car Woes
Hello Ziners,

It was good to hear all of your stories about rental car "adventures". This reminds me of how important it is to keep copies of all emails, vouchers, rental car agreements, and note when and to whom we talk to both on the phone and in person.

It does seem that the majority of the time we are overcharged for either an extra day, when we've turned the car in on time, or a gas tank top off, when we have turned the car in completely full. The rental car companies must hope that most of their clients will not follow up on the overcharges. It certainly is a hassle to do so, but we find it necessary, as I said, the majority of the time.
