I can recommend both Globus and Trafalgar Tours. They offer First class category hotels (not to be confused with Deluxe or even luxury) and all rooms have their own private facilities. There are also budget tours available ie Cosmos but they stay in tourist class hotels and the hotels are often located far outside the city centre and the sights you want to see. I've been on Globus for a tour of Britain in 1998 or so, a Cosmos tour as a student in Europe, but my favorite was the 7 or 8 night FramesTour I did in 1977 or so. The important thing is to check where the tour's hotels are located, the ratings of the hotels, what inclusions they offer ie entrance fees to museums etc , and what meals are included.

The other recommendation I have are the river cruises in Europe. Almost everything is included, and you don't have to pack every morning as you riverboat is your hotel. These dock in town centres etc.
