It seems that young Americans came to Europe also because here they can more easily drink than in the USA, which is a fact, indeed. However, like it says in the article, Europeans like to drink (I speak for myself), but we don't like at all to see drunk people. Even in Europe, the young English will travel to other countries where drinking is no so restrictive. How do you, Ziners, feel about this subject??? This could start a great discussion.
