Not having experience with the website, the problem appears to me to be a software problem. IE, your security settings are too high on Internet Explorer. The firewall could be a problem if using Windows XP. Symantec(Norton) still has many issues, including not allowing me to use Outlook Express or Outlook. From the US I was able to go all the way to the booking page by ratcheting down my security settings.
