Subject: Yellowstone in Winter
Hi,

We plan on spending a week in and around Jackson Hole for a ski vacation this February. Part of our plans include spending a couple of nights in Yellowstone National Park. Currently we're leaning towards taking a snowcoach in from the South Entrance and staying at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge. The other alternative is to stay at the Mammoth Hot Springs Lodge accesible by auto at the North Entrance. Have any of you visited Yellowstone in the winter? If so, in which area did you stay? Is there less snowmobile traffic around Old Faithful or Mammoth Hot Springs? And which area would have more wildlife?

Thanks in advance, John in San Diego
