I had some interesting experience with El Al flight.

In October I've been to Turkey. My plan was to fly to Istanbul and then to continue by night train to Ankara. To get from the airport to the railway station you have to take taxi and then to continue by ferry. So, it can take some time.

Upon my arrival into Ben-Guryon airport I'd found out that my flight was delayed for about 1.5 hours. So, I could miss my train (I didn't buy the train ticket in advance). Then I went to the El Al office and explained them the situation. They have provided me with the free flight ticket from Istanbul to Ankara by Turkish Airlines. I was really surprised! It saved me a lot of time and money as well.

I hope, that such high level of service will be provided everywhere.
