Definitely complain.....I had a recent incident concerning ff miles. I bought my airline ticket through a consolidator and asked would I get ff miles - the reply was yes. I had bought tickets from the same co. before and always got my ff miles. Well, to make a long story short, no ff miles added to my account because of the class of the ticket - which was not even that cheap. However, after calling to complain, the consolidator credited my credit card with 50% of the fare cost.....not bad for a couple of phone calls :)
