The airport in Florence, Italy, will be closed for about 3 months beginning March 1 for remodeling. And that airport certainly could use an update!

Travelers will have to opt for Pisa or Bologna, neither one a really perfect solution. Having flown into both Pisa & Bologna, I guess I'd choose Pisa.
