I totally agree with João regarding the excessive speed and distance. I perhaps misunderstood and thought that you had five days time to spend around Lisbon and that the tours would be in addition to that time. If that is not the case then I would certainly agree that taking both those tours would be, in my opinion as well, impractical.. I also agree that Evora is a fascinating city, well worth visiting except in summer when it is very hot.

However, if you would prefer seeing the two major cities (Porto is a great favorite) and were going directly to Porto I would, perhaps, opt for North instead of South, but certainly not both.
