We've stayed in the King's Inn in Seattle. About the best I can say for it is "not too bad" and it is certainly one of the least expensive options (or was when we chose it). The neighborhood is urban, a little outside of the center, a little run-down but not unsafe. The hotel is a little run- down too but it was adequate for our stay (which was focused on seeing a baseball game).
