In answer to your question, the only friendly airports I've found are in the Hawaiian Islands. The worst one I've been to is Miami, Florida. They had me in tears there with the way they treated me from the time I entered the airport, through the screening process, and then pulling me aside as I was about to board the plane. My daughter had been in front of me, and she didn't even know what was going on or what had happened to me. They treated me like a criminal and finally released me so I could board the plane. I hope I never have to fly through there again.
