A search of the GTAA (Pearson airport) site shows that there are no concessions at the Infield Terminal. I flew out from the Infield Terminal last year and also don't remember any available at that time.

The site doesn't include concession hours of operation - yet another oversight to add to airport woes. I flew out of Terminal 2 two weeks ago and managed to get in a food order as the restaurant was closing at 8:00 p.m. even though there were flights scheduled to depart up to 10:30 p.m. in that area of the airport. So, fill your coffee thermos!
