Ask when checking in in Tel Aviv for boarding passes for your onward journey to Tanzania as well and inform the check in staff that you need to catch an onward (KLM) plane an hour after arriving in Amsterdam. I am sure that KLM will do their utmost to get you from your arrival gate in Amsterdam to the departure gate for Tanzania. It will be fine.

I would indeed also inform your travel agent of the situation, because she booked you onto this tight schedule in the first place. She would also not have done this, had it been impossible for you to catch your connecting flight. Have a great holiday!
