We stayed in Florence for 6 nights in the spring of 2002 and enjoyed it tremendously. Our favourite restaurant was "Trattoria da Tito" on Via San Gallo. It was excellent value and very good - it specializes in traditional Tuscan food. We liked it so well we ate there several times.
