I am off to Thailand this summer. I have a few Qs... I have heard that Bangkok has horrid traffic. Is this true? Being in the same continent as Tokyo and Seoul, I take that as being pretty bad. I want a relaxing vacation and don't really want to deal with something if it is that bad. Right now I am thinking Chang Mai, Bangkok, Phuket or any combination of those places. My other question is about Phuket. I know the tsunamis were a long time ago, but it has recovered right? Any advice would be appreciated.
