There's always Travel Warehouse: http://www.travelwarehouse.ca/flights.aspx and Zoom. I used Travel Warehouse and got a really good deal to Belize last year, but I dealt with them in person after browsing their site. I have never, ever, had any luck with Expedia.ca - have much better luck using TAs that deal with discounters.
