Subject: Re: Vegetarian restaurants in Paris and Athens
Hi Tory,

Your goddaughter could have a delicious sandwich at Cosi in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, near Saint Germain Des Prés. I always have the mozzarella, basil, and tomato sandwich, and unless she doesn't eat cheese, that would be fine :-) Oh, and L'As du Fallafel, near Place des Vosges is supposed to have wonderful vegetarian sandwiches, with falafel and hummus and lots of veggies. We haven't eaten there yet, but it's one we've been meaning to try. There are always crepes, with whatever she wants on them...banana/Nutella or cheese, for example, and the boulangeries/patisseries with wonderful bread and pastries :-) Cheeses and beautiful fruits and vegetables in the colorful markets. She'll have no problem finding something good that's vegetarian in Paris, and I imagine it will be the same in Athens.
