Sorry about the "laziness" of this request, but my trip is coming up shortly, and I need some guidance-- quick, dirty and accurate.

What is the most efficient way, (cost AND time) to get from International Arrivals at Frankfurt Germany Airport to the Central Station, the Hauptbahnhof? Travel from the airport is proceeding on to Strasbourg (so it might not even be necessary to go into the Central Station?)
