I and a friend will be vacationing in Paris for a week arriving next Wednesday (3/29). We probably will take it easy on Wednesday, as we arrive in the afternoon, and explore the local neighborhood (we've rented an apartment in the 15e). We are trying to figure out the following.

1) Which museum card to buy, given the structure of their use (consecutive days, beginning on Monday, and so on).

2) Which mass transit card to buy (we've more-or-less decided to stay in Paris, but we are persuadeable!)
