Lucy, I was sorry to hear about your unpleasant pre-boarding experience with Air France. My experience was very different. I was flying with a child and Air France staff came over to me in the sitting area to suggest I preboard with her. Within minutes of taking off, they came around to all the children and gave them a meal with toys. By feeding the children first, it gave me a chance to put my granddaughter to sleep before I ate, making for a most pleasant flight. Air France was the most child friendly service I have ever had.
