My oldest son once used Priceline trying to save his company money. He flew from Houston to Salt Lake City. The return trip to Houston wasn't pretty. One airline noted for canceling flights canceled his (the first leg of the trip). He managed to return home in the middle of the night.

Sooo... now when he needs to go to SLC he takes the Continental direct non-stop to SLC.
