I have used Priceline both for hotels and rental cars. I make my own bids on rental cars and save close to 45-50% on the rates. We've gotten several hotel rooms through them and have no complaints. The best deal we got was the Waldorf Astoria in New York for $143 a night. Have not used them for air.
