We always stay at the Jesmond Hotel. Just off the Tottenham Court Road, a block from the Gower Street Tube station, it's about a 15 minute walk to Leicester Square. It's a friendly place, lovingly taken care of by the two sons who grew up in the house. As I recall there is a kettle for brewing tea and/or coffee each morning but not sure about a fridge. Breakfast "at home" is on offer or you can take it to your room. An added benefit is the beautiful garden where you can sip your morning tea/coffee or just relax for a while in between.
