We haven't walked the route you've asked about. The route we have taken and which we will be revisiting is the one from Le Puy en Velay.

However you will find quite a lot of information about your proposed route, the "Paris Route" or "Via Turonensis", on the UK Confraternity of St James website. If you haven't looked at it already it's at www.csj.org.uk. They have a pilgrims' guide for this route on sale at their online store.
