Our next trip starts on May 7th and has been about 9 months in the planning-almost the best part of the holiday!

We leave Glasgow for Toronto 2 weeks on Sunday - 2 nights there, The Canadian to Winnipeg-2 nights there, train again to Edson Alberta and a week there with my oldest friend. They'll take us to Jasper where we'll get The Skeena to Prince Rupert-3 nights there, the Ferry to Port Hardy-2 nights there, the bus to Victoria-2 nights there, ferry to Seattle and 3 nights there.Then we fly to Lincoln Nebraska to distant Fergusson relatives. Their Great Grandfather Robert Fergusson left Balquhidder, Perthshire in the 1870s and now there are hundreds of his descendants! Robert was my Grandfather's cousin!

My hobby of genealogy is useful for holidays!!

After a stay of 6 days in Nebraska we fly back to Toronto for 1 night and then home.

Any suggestions for anything that mustn't be missed along the way please. We have followed most of the good advice that Ziners have given us already and many thanks for that!

Only 2 weeks away and we can't wait!
