The best restaurants I know in Mealhada for suckling pig are "Meta dos Leitões" and "Pedro dos Leitões" which specialize in suckling pig cooked "à Bairrada" fashion.

Up Norte, near Mealhada, you have the restaurant "Queirós" in Avelãs do Caminho and nearby in Aguada de Baixo you have restaurant "Vidal"

Near Lisbon there is a small village called Negrais where you can find the suckling pig cooked "Negrais" fashion. A good restaurant there is called "Caneira".

In Lisbon you can find good restaurants with excellent suckling pig like "Solar dos Leitões", "Tertúlia do Tejo", "Bota Feijão".

Of course, suckling pig in Portuguese is "Leitao"
