Thank you for the info. I spent a good part of Saturday "searching" and have decided on a one bedroom corner unit right on the water at the Hale Kona Kai. It's next door to the Royal Kona Resort and an easy walk into town (if it's not too hot). The unit is available and I'm just waiting for confirmation today.
