Subject: Re: Street food
Hello Frances and Ziners,

In Sante Fe I particularly enjoy BBQ corn on the cob with salt purchased from an outdoor vendor.

In Toronto's Chinatown, merchants sell rambuton (sp) and mangosteen. On a summer's day these juicy fruits are a joy.

This is not really 'street' food but buffalo burgers can be found at some of Ontario's native pow wows. They taste good and the meat is lean.

Thanks for introducing this topic. Linda in SW Ontario, Canada
