Any American citizen/resident planning on visiting Cuba can get there easily enough via Canada or Mexico. You just can't let your authorities know you've been there when you return.

I'm just hoping the visa that I will be insisting be stamped into my passport won't cause me any grief next time I go to Solomon Islands, as I have to transit through the US to get there.
