George and I are arriving in Turkey a day before our cruise begins. Several of our friends are all arriving on different dates during that same week. We therefore need to get tourist visa's since our arrival will not fall under the cruise line visa umbrella.

ZVS charges $55 processing plus the $26 Turkish fee. Is there a cheaper way to do this? I also have to give up my passport during this process which does not make me a happy camper.

Any thoughts?
