It's the slickest process. Get off the plane and walk towards customs. There will be a booth before you get to customs, which sells the visa. I paid in Euros the last time (last October) and I think it was about 20 Euros per visa. That will take a minute or two, depending on the line. The line has always been short in my experience. Then you march over to customs, and voila, soon you're at the baggage claim carousel.

Duck soup! Don't worry about it and don't buy from some outfit that will surely overcharge you with fees.
