I can give you a glowing recommendation for cruzunlimited, though I don't really consider Jan a web-based agency. It's a small "real people" agency with a web address. It's owned by Jan and her daughter and she has one or two other people working for her.

Jan has been a TA for many, many years and now only books a few lines, mostly Oceania and I believe Regent. She knows her product and can guide you into making the right choices in terms of cruise line right down to cabin selection. However, she doesn't work with the big lines like Princess, RCI, etc.

Jan and her husband Stu were on our two Oceania cruises and I consider her to be a friend as well as my cruise TA.
